It is the scene which homemade rice performs of the liquor rice of the crop in autumn. I contract with a production farming family and cultivate it and am particular about safe reliable rice and the home brew rice which sees effect of the rice cleaning of rice directly, and polishes rice in spite of being a feeling.
I put steaming rice in the malting room and am work scenery made with the malted rice in the malting room. I work this year while praying that good liquor be done. The malted rice structure is process work of the very important sake brewing to be said to be one malted rice, two 酛, three structures. I do my best!
It is a scene of the birth of liquor mother.
It is a work scene to train completed liquor Yeast, and to put in the tank (the training of the unrefined sake).
I am brought up lively and am praying to be able to speak good unrefined sake.
It is the scenery of the training storehouse of the unrefined sake. Here, unrefined sake is cooked slowly and carefully.
Unrefined sake grows up while hearing a tone of motsuwaruto during a period of approximately one month. I pray to become the excellent unrefined sake.

The sound of the great brewing sake from the finest rice to drip is like the tone of the murmuring of the brook and, in a quiet storehouse, is unbearable. It is full of joy when I think that ^^ liquor luxurious in this way is done like that. ・* *
Young sake pure rice is muddy, and it is Ichiban Shibori of the liquor. I perform it and ship official approval, a bottle. I look forward to your order
