This is a clear red product that uses red yeast.
Because the bacteria adhere to the moromi, the red color does not remain in the sake when it is squeezed, but by devising a new method, we were able to create a clear red color.
In order to make it lower in alcohol than regular sake, it is brewed in a single stage with the addition of the first addition, allowing you to enjoy an unusually colored sake with a harmonious balance of sweetness and sourness.
However, as this is a delicate product, we recommend storing it refrigerated (at ice temperature if possible) and consuming it as soon as possible.
Suitable for auspicious occasions such as celebrations, anniversaries, and various events.
The product name is ``Ake'' because of the color of the alcohol. It also has the meaning of the reading ``Ake'' which gives a brighter impression.
