It is generally classified as a large dry type, and is the highest level of dryness among our dry types, with a sake level of +15 as a guideline.
We also have other products called super spicy and extra spicy, and we were born with the desire to provide a product that makes it easy to feel the difference in dryness and enjoy the difference.
When you drink cold sake, you will experience a sharper taste in the order of extra spicy → super spicy → extra spicy.
Because extremely spicy sake is sharp, you won't feel the rice taste when you drink it cold, so if you drink it lukewarm at around 40 degrees Celsius, you'll get a richer taste and aroma.
On the other hand, extra-spicy and super-spicy drinks can be enjoyed in a wide range of temperatures, from cold sake to hot.
