"Junmai Ginjo Sakurasaki" and "Junmai Ginjo Kizuna" are now on sale!

From May 5nd, we will release "Junmai Ginjo Sakura" 2ml and "Junmai Ginjo Kizuna".
"Sakurasaki" uses Lacansea yeast isolated from Kotoura-cho's cherry blossoms, and has a refreshing and gentle taste that you can feel the flavor of cherry blossoms.
"Kizuna" uses Wine Yeast No. 4 and is a liquor with a faint scent of wine and sweetness.
This is a new type of sake, so please try it !!
